MaxGrate mini mesh or micro mesh fiberglass molded grating is specially designed as per ADA requirement with compliant mesh size small enough to prevent small tools and other objects from falling down through the grating.
Mini mesh FRP grating has two typical mesh patterns:
Mini mesh:
Prevent objects as small as 13mm from falling through
M1-19x19/38x38mm(3/4"x3/4"/1.5"x1.5")
M2-20x20/40x40mm
Micro mesh:
Prevent objects as small as 8mm from falling through
M3-12.7x12.7/38x38mm(1/2"x1/2"/1.5"x1.5")
M4-13x13/40x40mm

Micro mesh GRP grating has one-ninth opening of standard 38mm square mesh gratings, could prevent objects as small as 8mm from falling through
You can easily get both mini mesh and micro mesh differrences compared to standard 38mm square mesh fiberglass gratings.
As well as other FRP molded grating, MaxGrate mini mesh grating not only have all FRP properties of other molded grating but also offering fiberglass grating common surface types:
C - Regular Concave Surface (Meniscus)
G - Secondary Silica Grit Surface
S - Polished Smooth surface

MaxGrate offers five resin systems for mini mesh moulded grating to accommodate different requirements of corrosion resistance application, MaxGrate resin systems have a class 1 flame spread rating of 25 or less per ASTM E-84.
